About me and my practice

I work with a range of lifes issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem grief and relationship-issues. I also work with peri-natal parents which includes pre and post-natal depression.

My aim is to provide you with a space for personal development, growth and exploration. To do this I draw from different modalities of psychotherapy, thus ensuring that you, as a client, receive a tailor made experience that suits you.
I know that modern life sometimes becomes overwhelming and we need a space where we can investigate what we are going through without judgement and opinions. If you think I can be that listening ear for you, then please get in touch with no obligation.
